In order to view these files "locally" (i.e. on your computer, 
without having to connect to the Internet) you will need to 
drop this zipped file "Cooper_AfterTheFlood.zip" 
(about 1.1 MB) into your computer.  

Next unzip it (or "Extract All") into an appropriate 
new sub-directory (about 2.0 MB in size after unzipping).

Open your preferred HTML web browser (e.g. Firefox or Internet 
Explorer).  On the upper left look for the "File" menu.  Do a 
"File/Open" then "Browse" to the sub-directory where the 
unzipped files were placed.  

Look for "index.htm".

Select the (per above) "index.htm" - and you're in!
